Marketing site or full product?

Either, or both on one stack. A marketing site typically flies in 3–5 weeks; a SaaS platform is scoped by payload — the brief gives you the real number.

Can I edit content myself?

Yes. Where a CMS earns its keep it goes in; where it would just add moving parts, you get clean, editable structures instead. The test is whether you can change a headline without calling anyone.

What about hosting?

Deployed wherever serves you — Vercel, a static export on your existing host, or your infrastructure. You own the accounts either way.

Do you rebuild existing sites or start fresh?

Both. Good bones get kept — a rebuild preserves what ranks and fixes what leaks. Bad bones cost more to renovate than to replace. The brief tells you which, with the reasoning attached.
